Turkey Hummus Wrap

This turkey hummus wrap is a ten minute lunch that eats like a deli sandwich without the heavy extras. Creamy hummus replaces mayo, and a big pile of lean turkey with crunchy vegetables keeps every bite interesting.

At 450 calories with 30 grams of protein, it is substantial enough to power you through the afternoon. Wrap it in foil and it travels well in a lunch bag or gym backpack.
