Greek Yogurt Berry Bowl

When the afternoon slump hits, this Greek yogurt bowl is the snack that saves you from the vending machine. Thick cold yogurt gets swirled with honey and cinnamon and piled with berries and toasted almonds.

At 320 calories with 25 grams of protein, it eats like dessert while actually keeping you full until dinner. Assembly takes five minutes with zero cooking.

Ingredients

  • plain nonfat Greek yogurt1 cup (227 g)
  • honey2 tsp (14 g)
  • ground cinnamon1/4 tsp (1 g)
  • mixed berries, fresh or frozen and thawed3/4 cup (105 g)
  • sliced almonds, toasted2 tbsp (14 g)
  • chia seeds1 tsp (5 g)

Directions

    Spoon the Greek yogurt into a wide bowl and swirl the honey and cinnamon through it.

    Sprinkle on the toasted almonds and chia seeds.
