1500 Calorie No-Cook Meal Plan

For anyone without time, a working stove, or the energy to cook — every meal in this week is assembled, not cooked.

1500 Calorie No-Cook Meal Plan

Not every plan should require a stove. This 1,500 calorie week is built entirely from foods you assemble — rotisserie chicken, canned tuna and salmon, deli turkey, pre-cooked rice and grain pouches, canned beans, pre-washed salad kits, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and ready-to-eat vegetables.

The result is a real, balanced week at about 1,500 calories with nothing more demanding than opening a can, chopping a cucumber and mixing a dressing. It is ideal for travel weeks, hot weather, dorm rooms and anyone who simply does not want to cook.

Portion guide

Portions are sized for 1,500 calories with no cooking at all. If you want to reduce to 1,300, drop one snack and use half a rice pouch at dinner. If you want to increase to 1,800, add a full rice pouch or an extra ounce of chicken at your main meals.

Frequently asked questions

Is a no-cook plan actually balanced?

Yes, if you build it from the same components as a cooked plan: a ready protein, a grain or bean, vegetables and a measured fat. This week does that at every meal, so it delivers similar protein and fiber to our cooked plans.

Can I use a microwave?

Yes. Microwave rice and grain pouches count as no-cook here because there is no stove or oven work. If you have no microwave at all, use pre-cooked grains from the deli or swap in extra beans and bread.

Are deli meats and rotisserie chicken healthy choices?

They are convenient and high in protein, which matters most for weight loss. Choose lower-sodium options where you can, and rinse canned beans to reduce salt. If sodium is a concern for you, talk with your doctor.
